Single level living takes on new dimensions with a double sided fireplace and large open spaces that quickly transform into private sanctuaries through the simplicity of sliding partitions. We’ve left the flooring neutral- use your imagination- it could be wood, bamboo, carpet, terrazzo or sealed concrete. The cabinetry and millwork can be painted or stained- with doors in traditional panel styling or modern flat profiles creating a true chameleon to reflect your personal style.

Main Living Area- A wall of full height glass leads into the dwelling- when climate permits the doors can be opened creating a living space which flows effortlessly onto your patio. Upon inspection you find the handsome wood paneled wall is appointed with the latest kitchen conveniences. Whether you are a 5 Star Chef or the master of the microwave you’ll enjoy twenty three feet of counter space to execute your artistry. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer drawers, a cook top, wall oven and wine cooler are all integrated into seamless millwork. Three skylights over head and a great bump-out garden window provide plenty of sunshine for herbs or seasonal blooms. The large dining table can flaunt a fabulous buffet for gatherings or a conventional family meal.

Guest Room / Den- The sectional sofa transforms into two sleeping divans with sliding drawer storage and an optional pull out trundle bed below. Concealed beneath the bookcase, just behind the back pillows is storage enough for linens, bed pillows and blankets. A washer/dryer combo and extra storage tucks into the built-in cabinetry. Completing the suite is a full sunlit bath.

Master Suite- The king size bed nestles within the woodsy warmth of the paneled wall. The space above the headboard is upholstered and framed art is lit by wall sconces positioned for night reading. Within the headboard personal affects can be stowed away. Paneled doors conceal closet space within the walls on either side and above the bed. To the far right a secret entry door leads to the spacious spa bath.

Master Bath- The space will fill with moonlight and stars through the three overhead skylights and large viewing windows. The furniture style double sink cabinet comes complete with a sit down vanity area. A sleek built in stores plush towels and toiletries with both open shelves and semi-opaque glass door cabinets. Wall hooks are placed outside the luxurious steam shower with full tile seat.

Small Space “Pick-Me-Ups”
People often forget how easy it is to transform small spaces. If you keep the large upholstered pieces neutral, the addition of colorful or patterned throw pillows and area rugs can change any living space in the blink of an eye. The same magic can be worked with sofa slipcovers- try a large beige drop cloth for casual summer sofa living. Change your bedrooms with new duvet covers, linens and pillow shams seasonally for an instant emotional lift.

Indoor or outdoor dining can be transformed with simple tablecloths, seasonal fruits or flowers and candles.
